Pardon me for breaking one of my cardinal rules of blogging, but DAMN the weather this weekend was phenomenal. Though the ABC family movie lineup was tempting, I decided to take advantage of the day. I laced up my favorite LLbean moccasins and hit the streets for a instagram adventure of sorts.

The most beautiful part of my weekend was spending my whole bike ride into my overnight shift Saturday night admiring the giant harvest moon. It was sitting in a cloudless, sky, and looked exactly like a massive, perfectly symmetrical slice of peach. I simply could not get over how gorgeous it was and just how small it made me feel.

Not going to lie, Connecticut in the fall is my FAVORITE! I love driving to Washington Depot to see the trees bright orange & yellow. Such a beautiful place to live.
Gorgeous shots, girlie. And I’m so jealous because the weather here has been absolutely miserable lately (hello snow) and all of the trees seemed to have suddenly lost all their pretty leaves. Ahh well. All the more reason to spend time inside baking cookies and spending time with good friends. That’s been the best part of my weekend so far
