In a perfect world, every day would start like this…

Today was pretty low-key, and I loved every second of it! The boys decided to take the doon buggies for a spin.

I decided to try and salvage my life… so took the safer route and went out to eat with my sister and mom instead.

Green salad with mandarin oranges, fried plantains dusted with cinnamon and sugar, and grilled pork sautéed in a pineapple reduction. Ridiculous combo!

 Some post-lunch meandering ensued…

We spent the rest of the day relaxing and polished off the evening with some drinks and tacos.

Okay, I had like 2 baby sips of my brother’s drink. But I was all about the tacos.

Now I’m off to bed! The forecast says rain for tomorrow so there’s been some talk of a shopping trip in our future ‘Night, guys!
